Scott is a trumpet player who has 15 years of playing experience. He has played in almost every genre from symphony orchestras to British-style brass bands and big bands.
Biography
Born in Royal Oak, Scott has been a part of the Detroit area since birth. Scott has played trumpet since the sixth grade, where he initially started it because his older cousin played it. Now, Scott holds a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University and plays trumpet in a wide variety of styles and venues. Scott is also a member of the Five Lakes Silver Band, an internationally acclaimed British-style brass band who just recently won the North American Brass Band Championships.
